Refund Policy
Last updated October 31, 2026
Solang Plus is a subscription sold through Paddle.com, our merchant of record. This page says when you get your money back and how to ask. If something here is unclear, write to hello@solang.app.
14 days, no questions asked
If Plus isn’t for you, write to hello@solang.app within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, whatever the reason. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days (Paddle issues it).
Renewals
Plus renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. A renewal is not refunded, except where the law where you live requires it, or if Solang was unavailable for a meaningful part of the period you paid for: then write to us and we refund that period or the days lost.
To avoid a renewal you don’t want, cancel before it: in Settings → Plan, or through the link in Paddle’s receipt email. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Mistakes and duplicates
Charged twice, or charged after cancelling? Tell us at hello@solang.app and we refund the extra payment in full, as soon as we see it.
How to ask
Email hello@solang.app from the address of your Solang account, or reply to Paddle’s receipt email. Say which payment you mean (the date, or the receipt number). We answer within 2 business days.
You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net: as the merchant of record, Paddle can refund any payment it took for Solang Plus.
